Toshiba Qosmio Laptop

Pros:
Well, I love it! I love the 18.4" screen, the 4 gb of ram, the smooth, easy to use keyboard....
Windows Vista works great. The Web Camera is easy to use. I like just about everything.

Cons:
There are very few things I don't like. One thing is obviously the battery life (it's sooooo short). Another is the weight. Although it's bluetooth ready, that refers to software, you still need a bluetooth dongle. Lastly, I wanted a large laptop but it's bulky and awkward to move.

Leno to give free show for Michigan's unemployed

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – Michigan's high unemployment is no laughing matter, but Jay Leno will offer a little comic relief with a free show next month at The Palace of Auburn Hills.

The NBC "Tonight Show" host said on Monday's show the April 7 performance will be for "anybody out of work in Detroit."

People only have to say they're unemployed to get tickets.

Refreshments and parking also will be free when "Jay's Comedy Stimulus Plan" comes to the home of the NBA's Detroit Pistons.

Tickets will be available starting Monday at the Palace box office. Only four tickets will be allowed per person.

Michigan's unemployment rate has been among the highest in the nation. It was at 11.6 percent in January.

Why are laptop cases for 17" and up Laptops so UGLY!?!?

I want a laptop case/bag for my new Toshiba Qosmio 18.4" laptop but good luck with that. Seriously the few I did find are sooooo ugly! I want a stylish bag. Why is that so hard?

Woody's Diner in Royal Oak

Believe it or not they have amazing food! While walking around Royal Oak during lunch, I've decided to stop in there to grab a bite a few times recently. Of the few things I have tried, my favorite was a mandarin chix salad. It was delicious and very filling! It was definitely better than I would expect since this place is not known for it's food. People around Royal Oak think of Woody's as a night club and one that isn't known for quality. Although I think there are definitely some improvements that need to be made to bring people in especially during the lunch hour, it's worth checking out. I enjoyed it.

On another note...

I wish I could say the same for their website. Although the owner had stated it was being updated and "improved", it's terribly ugly. http://www.woodysdiner.com/
